I've never been more excited to share this special collaboration with Gregg Drusinsky, a great friend and chef, the past few weeks of running SHUK pop up have been challenging, rewarding and have taught me so much about the importance of finding family in my team.
Every week together, we would scour the Santa Monica farmers market to be inspired, to share our flavors and to learn from the local farmers how to become better chefs.
I'm forever grateful for Gregg Drusinsky and Tyler Henry for standing by my side through an incredibly exhilarating time 24/7 for three weeks! And of course to the rest of the SHUK family for the support and love and presence they shared. Finally, thank you to every person who came to eat and visit and wine with us.. we loved cooking for you!
