CONCEPT
We wanted to create a passed appetiser menu and a dessert table that would bring the opulence and richness of a night cream to life. We took inspiration from motifs like the moon and butter and used these as the palette for each bite. Flavours were influenced by Martha Stewart’s cooking; comforting, delicious and approachable. While also honoring California seasonal fruit such as meyer lemons, cara cara oranges and blood oranges.
