CONTEXT
Elm Biosciences, a skincare line created by Martha Stewart launched its highly anticipated night cream and hosted a night of luxurious dining and desserts. We welcomed Martha Stewart herself, along with close friends of Martha and taste makers in the beauty world to dine al fresco in Flamingo Estate’s garden pathways.
CONCEPT
We wanted to create a passed appetiser menu and a dessert table that would bring the opulence and richness of a night cream to life. We took inspiration from motifs like the moon and butter and used these as the palette for each bite. Flavours were influenced by Martha Stewart’s cooking; comforting, delicious and approachable. While also honoring California seasonal fruit such as meyer lemons, cara cara oranges and blood oranges.
