CONTEXT
Fresh Beauty have long been the leading innovators of clean beauty. With the launch of their new beauty serum, they invited guests to an evening of molecular gastronomy alongside debuting the serum for the very first time.

While our menu utilized the precision of molecular gastronomy, it was reimagined through a more elemental, nature-led lens — favoring wild textures, natural fermentation, and the tactile pleasure of eating with your hands. The result was a marriage between science and nature that felt alive and deeply connected to the raw materials at the heart of the Black Tea Serum.
