CONCEPT
Eleonore Toulin wanted to bring a French touch to the food and beverage, so we collaborated with her on the menu to re-imagine French classics like Pissaladiere and Nicoise as chic small hand-held bites that would be perfect for shoppers to nibble as they perused the collection.
