Dieux Skincare hosted a dinner to celebrate Asian American Heritage Month at Francis Gallery in Los Angeles.

CONCEPT

In celebration of this important month for Asian American taste makers and influencers, we were delighted to create an elevated dinner that honored the coming together of Asian and Asian Pacific guests from all over Los Angeles. Ingredients such as fish sauce, ube, black sesame and yuzu were the foundation of the menu, which featured a Wedge Salad dressing in creamy miso yuzu sauce, Turmeric Golden Fried Rice, Eggplant Adobo and Potato Crusted Sea Bass with Red Curry. The dinner ended in a beautiful tower of Ube Cream Puffs, piped with whipped cream and dark berries compote.
