CONTEXT

Ginori 1735 Oriente Italiano collection represents a fusion of Oriental decorative influences and Italian manufacturing excellence. Meticulously crafted, these items enhance the enduring beauty of porcelain and elevate the joy of shared experiences. The classic “a Garofano” floral motif, inspired by Oriental design and rooted in Faenza ceramics, is vividly brought to life with bold colors and gilded accents.

CONCEPT

Our evening in the home of Eliana Rodriguez began with passed appetisers followed by shared family style dishes plated on the new collection. Each dish sat on mismatched colours along the table which added to the exuberance of the evening. The menu reflected South East Asian flavours accenting classic Italian fare. We served Rainbow dumplings over confit tomato and garlic sauce, Fire Roasted Branzino with red curry and basil oil. The night finished with a decadent plated Eton Mess topped with bright raspberry powder, rosewater boba, blackberries, sour cherries and vanilla custard.
